Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Yes there are treatment options available
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
For your awareness I like to tell you that Rapid or premature ejaculation is characterized as ejaculation occurring without voluntary control and with minimal sexual stimulation.
The prevailing opinions regarding the cause of rapid ejaculation have typically assumed that the dysfunction was either psychological or learned, depending upon the theorists' assumptions about how the mind operates.
Before we proceed I like to know following things about the problem
First of all how long you are facing this problem.
Have you noticed that your sexual performance declining over a period of months or years?
When it was ok with you ?
how long you use to last during sexual intercourse or masturbation, and how long you last currently
Have you suffered from any medical condition in recent past say diabetes, hypertension or any neurological disorders?
Are you receiving any medicine for any medical condition?
Please revert to me with all these answers.
At this moment I am unable to provide any detailed answer to your problem because of lack of detailed history.
I can just assure at this moment that it is treatable to a large extent and medicines are available in addition to other methods of treatment.
Regards

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome back to Healthcaremagic.
From the available description it appears that you are having primary kind of premature ejaculation which mean the problem is from beginning of sexual experience.
This kind of premature ejaculation can be treated by both medicines as well as psychotherapy.
Among the medicines who work over the serotonin receptors in the brain are used. Currently one among these medicine is called dapoxetine which is available in dose of 30 and 60 mg. It is advised that this should be taken about 2 hour before sexual activity. As this is a prescription drug you need to see a doctor in person to get the prescription.
The second option is psychotherapy where the therapist will tell you how to prevent the early ejaculation. If you are comfortable for phone counselling or need to discuss this option call me at 0000 in between 3 to 5 PM.
I hope you got your answer. If you have more questions feel free to write back to me. I will be happy to help you.
Regards

Thanks for the advice of having a tablet but still i have not tried till now. Will it help in erectile dysfunction too or u suggest any other drug along with dapoxetine. Do you see any side effects beacuse of this. I do get erection but not a very strong one.Pls advise.
It dose not work in erectile dysfunction
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back to healthcaremagic.
The tablet dapoxetine is indicated only for premature ejaculation and it does not work for erectile dysfunction. There are other kind of medicines but that should be taken with prescription.
Generally dapoxetine dose not have serious side effects and the side effects are just like feeling of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and some increase in anxiety. Please note that these side effects are very uncommon and less than one person out of 10 develops side effects.
Having problem of erectile dysfunction is another thing that need to be evaluated separately. Please note that it is never safe to take medication without prescription so it is advisable to see a doctor before you try it.

That is good but not permanent solution
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome again to healthcaremagic.
Viagra is one of the medicine useful in erectile dysfunction but please note this is prescription drug and should be taken in guidance of a doctor. There are certain conditions particularly related to heart where viagra can do more harm than benefit. You can take it for erectile dysfunction but it is not a permanent solution. Once you stop it there will be reversal of the problem.

meet a psychiatrist
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome again.
Since your problem is due to psychological it is better to see a psychiatrist. We already discussed that your premature ejaculation is of psychological origin and that best managed by a psychiatrist. In XXXXXXX all psychiatrist are well trained
I am not sure of herbal medicine and that can be best answered by a ayurveda specialist or natural medicine practitioner. What I can tell you that I do not get results claimed by them in my patients.
So my advise is to take any medicine with proper guidance from the concerned specialist after considering both harmful effects and positive effects.

Thanks
