For a 30 year male it is unlikely to have premature ejaculation without any cause. I mean to say there must be something wrong for having this problem. In majority of the cases the cause of premature ejaculation is psychological and largely treatable.
I request you to post the query with following details.
1. Your first sexual experience
2. Duration of sexual activity at each time.
3. What do you mean by premature ejaculation- time you take before you reach orgasm both during sex and masturbation
4. Any medical or psychiatric illness
5 Medications that you are receiving

sir what about size of penis ?

the size of my testis is large and they are always loose i mean not tight with abdominal cavity
when my penis erect it is not at 90 degree angle because base is week so remain on lower

He will examine the testis and scrotum to rule out any abnormality. If there is any abnormality of such kind it should be treated with surgery.
With age there is obtuse angle when penis is erect. For a 30 year old male the angle may be from 75 degree to 120 degree. It dose not cause any problem. The reason for such obtuse angle is lax abdominal musculature. If the angle is too obtuse it is better to join gym to tighten the abdominal muscles. It will also decrease the hanging balls problem.
Thee is no medicine to increase the size of base of penis. I am sure that with appropriate treatment you will be able to shed these abnormal beliefs which are not relevant in any matter.
Viagra is not for premature and probably that was the reason for failure.
