Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Question: Hello,
myself XXXXXXX and im 30 yrs old,my problem is that whenever i masturbate i get ejaculated within fraction of seconds,and my penis is small and during erection i dont get much hardness. previously i have consulted Unani Doctor(M.D) to sort out this problem so he prescribed me 1-QURS JIRYAN 2-JERNIDE SYRUP 3 HABBE MUQAVVI KHAS . These medicines i have taken for 3 months and now i feel that im getting hard erection but the problem of soon ejaculation still not cured . Even i have done complete urine test in which no sperm in urine, So kindly suggest me what to do as iam getting married in one month.

1 Very rarely i get morning erections like monthly twice or thrice
2 NO diabetes
3 No pain during erection
4 No problem in erection.

Premature Ejaculation is primarily is Psychological state. Ejaculation is under the control of mind.
Moreover this can't be assessed based on masturbation.
Actual play is different from masturbation. Actual sex includes a duration of foreplay which if done for long increases your main play time.
So stop worrying. If you will be anxious you will surely have premature ejaculation.
Stop thinking about this. Get married.

Hello,
I forgot to share with you that even when i was on date with my gf ,after kissing her once or twice then my penis gets erected and if rubbed anywhere gets ejaculated inside only(underwear) within seconds and i think heavy masturbation effected me. And one more thing before two years i was suffering from panic attacks for which i have taken medicine plz let know do those medicines cause premature ejaculation and presently also im depressed due to no job or income.kindly let me know any of these problemd have affected me.

Masturbation has no effect on your sexual life. The only way u effects you is by thinking that it is affecting you.
Initially, when you are exposed for intercourse or related activity like you had with your girl friend, such ejaculations do occur.
You might also feel the same on your first night. But this is normal.
Stop thinking all this.
There are various drugs used for this purpose, but they are used only if you have difficulty in married life and you have regular premature ejaculations after getting married.
The medications you have taken 2 years back won't cause the problem now
Trust me, stop thinking. If your problem persists after even 15 days of marriage i will surely help you with medications.
