Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Question: I have problem of early ejaculation for which I visited a sexologist who gave me some anti-depressant. I had it for few days but then stopped as it was of no use. He gave me following medicines:
1. SD Pill (SOS)
2. Fludac 10
3. krislow 100

There was not positive affect of the medicines, rather after some days of leaving the medicine I feel nervousness or sinking feeling at times. Is this side affect of anti-depressants.

I have good sound sleep and never felt like having depression. I also have good erection, its just that I explode quickly.

I am also undertaking a hair loss treatment for which I consume Adgain and Absolut 3g.

Can there be side affects of any of the medicine which makes me feel nervous at times. Any chemical which might not suiting me.
I get anxious at times, but it seems like getting triggered by any of this medicines.

My BP shoots up only at the time of getting it checked, but now I am getting more conscious about it because of my anxiety.

SD-Pill tab contains sildenafil citrate 50 mg, dapoxetine 30 mg.
Sildenafil can cause anxiety as side effects.
Dapoxetine -a short-acting selective serotonin-reuptake inhibitor (SSRI).
used for the treatment of PE but not as an antidepressant.

Fludac (Fluoxetine) an antidepressant of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) .
Fluoxetine can cause CNS side effects like anxiety, nervousness.

Krislow 100 Coenzyme Q10 Capsule 100 mg-essentially nutritional supplement.
Adgain Capsules are also nutritional supplement for Hair Loss.

Absolut 3G has the combined benefits of green tea, Ginkgo biloba, grape seed extract, and other vitamins and minerals.

These nutritional supplements are not known to cause anxiety and nervousness.
Your basic problem ,I feel is undue anxiety, which shoots up your BP at the time of examination (white coat hypertension).
Again your Premature ejaculation is also related to anxiety or a learned behavior and is amenable to behavioral therapy .
Treatment with medications such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) usually is effective.

Can you name any medicine with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors which will be suitable to my case.

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as paroxetine can be taken since Dapoxetine did not work well. Ejaculatory delay typically begins within a week of beginning medication.
Paroxetine is FDA approved for the treatment of GAD(Generalized Anxiety Disorder).

However it is a prescription drug. Discuss with your doctor.
