Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Question: Hello I am suffering from premature ejaculation. I am 22 and recently have picked up my sex life. I used to not have sex really at all prior to turning 21. I thought I had erection problem like getting it up and staying hard. I have been with 6 girls in 2 or 3 months and every single one of them I only last 1-2 minutes sometimes more sometimes less. Last night I was with a girl and I could only last about 20-30 seconds. I bought desensitizing condoms those didn't help one bit, regular condoms dont help. Ive tried the stop start method and the squeeze technique which both don't work for me at all. I've noticed especially last night my heart was beating really really fast before I put my penis inside of her. I think that I have some anxiety issues when it comes to sex. However I doubt that is the only problem. I haven't tried any pills or supplements, or seen any doctors about this problem. I just need this problem to go away very fast because being in college with this issue is a very hard thing to deal with. I feel like im missing out on so much and it is very frustrating.... I am a very healthy person I play college basketball I am Caucasian 6'0 185 my waist is a 32. I eat healthy for the most part and have no allergies or medical problems. I've never had surgery or anything like that so if there is a pill you prefer for this or anything really that gets rid of this problem. My erection in my opinion arent that strong but are definitely good enough to have sex. I have had a number of concussions in the past 2 years which could cause anxiety problems i've read. So thank you for your time I hope I gave you enough info to give a good answer.

Also I dont know if this has anything to do with it but when I ejaculate I get a "good" feeling in my prostate I think which I think is kind of odd...... I dont know if this speeds up the ejaculation process but when I thrust I definitely feel something back there.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to anxiety. Do you have erection while sleeping or early in the morning. If you getting early morning erections you are organically fine. Also get you blood pressure , serum cholesterol, blood sugar level checked.

As you have tried stop start, squeeze techniques and desensitizing condoms you can go for a behavioral therapy with psycologist or sexologist. If that is not helping then taking SSRI group drug like dapoxetine prior to intercourse will be helpful.

Get proper physical exercise, avoid smoking, do stress relaxing exercises like breathing exercise. Taking aphrodisiac foods like sea foods , eggs , meat,oysters fenugreek and citrus fruits will be helpful in boosting your erection.

If you feel any pelvic pain and pain during excitation then prostatic problems can be ruled out by digital examination by a urologist and ultrasound examination. PSA level also can be checked.

I've tried breathing exercises but when it comes down to it those dont work for me at all. You mentioned the SSRI group like dapoxetine. What is a good site to buy this from? Because there are a lot of shady sites on the web. Also How would I go about getting my serum cholesterol, blood sugar level checked. Is there any other pills that you recommend? How well will dapoxetine work for you patients?Also I rarely wake up with a rock hard morning erection. However I dont have any problem getting it up while masturbating.

From your history your problem is most likely due to anxiety. For anxiety related premature ejaculation or erection problem dapoxetine works well in my patients. Another one more advantage of this drug is it can be used in need and no need regular intake like other SSRI.

You can ask your GP for prescription of this drug. Online sites like prescriptionnorx. Com. It is better to take this drug under the supervision of your doctor because it is a psychoactive drug. You can give your blood for checking blood sugar and cholesterol in diagnostic labs. This is performed with out prescription in most diagnostic labs.

The initial dosage i recommend is 30mg. But if that is not working then can be increased to 60 mg. It should be taken 1 to 3 hours before intercourse.
