Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation
Question: I am 60 years,i am facing premature ejacuation and also low erection.tell some medicine to get rid of it.How can I enjoy full sex life.

For premature ejaculation, drugs like paroxetibe and dapoxetine are helpful.
I personally use paroxetine in my patients.
It has very good results. I usually start with low dose of 10mg daily in my patients and increase the doseas per response.
Usually, the patients respond well in not more then 25 mg.
Both the drugs are prescription drugs and can be obtained after a valid prescription.
For erection problem, drugs like tadalafil (megalis) can be taken. Its a safe drug and works well. I usually prescribe 10mg as starting dose in my patients, to be taken 2 hours before intercourse.
This is also a prescription drug.
Other then this, avoid alcohol, smoking and any other drug of abuse, if you do.
