I understand from your question that after watching any romantic/exciting movie some water type secretion comes out from your penis(watching movie emosnal vindhu relies Water type quickly).

This water is called precum.
During sex penis comes into friction with vaginal walls. To prevent friction and damage lubrication is necessary. To lubricate vaginal wall water like sticky liquid secreted from couper's glands of penis. Normally this liquid secretion occurs during foreplay. It can be secreted during arousal also without sex.
So when you watch any movie which makes you arouse can lead to secretion - precum.
Gradually your sensitivity to such arousal stimuli automatically will come in control and you will have secretion after strong arousal stimuli only. No specific treatment is needed.
