Premature ejaculation
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
What you are experiencing is called premature ejaculation and there are many men who have this problem. This can be due to performance anxiety; and tobacco and alcohol use can interfere with a man's ability to control ejaculation.
Here are a few things you can try:
1. Avoid intercourse for a period of time (such as a few days or weeks) and instead focus on other forms of sexual interaction such as foreplay and mutual masturbation. This can help decrease some of the anxiety around performance.
2. Wear a condom. This can help decrease the amount of sensation you experience and delay ejaculation.
3. Avoid alcohol and tobacco. This will allow you to have more control over ejaculation.
4. Masturbate a couple of hours before having sex with your partner. This will help decrease some of the feeling of urgency.
5. Try the Squeeze-Pause technique:
Begin sexual activity as usual, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate.
Have your partner squeeze your penis at the point where the head joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until your urge to ejaculate passes.
After the squeeze is released, wait for about 30 seconds, then return to foreplay.
You may notice that squeezing the penis causes it to become less erect, but when sexual stimulation is resumed, it soon regains full erection.
If you again feel you're about to ejaculate, have your partner repeat the squeeze process.
After a few practice sessions, the feeling of knowing how to delay ejaculation may become a habit that no longer requires the pause-squeeze technique.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.

No, it will not affect your fertility.
Detailed Answer:
Fertility (ability to make a baby) is not affected by premature ejaculation. You will not have any more problem than anyone else to make a baby.
Some things to keep in mind when trying to make a baby:
The woman's most fertile time is mid-cycle. That means if we count the first day of her menstrual flow as Day 1 of the cycle, then she will be fertile around Day 14 (about 2 weeks before her next period if her cycle is 28 days).
Abstaining from any ejaculation (masturbation or sex) for 2-3 days before Day 12 is a good idea as it increases your sperm count.
Have increased number of times of unprotected sexual intercourse in Days 12- 16.
