Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.

You need to consider several aspects, before deciding on it's treatment.
1. Are you able to masturbate normally, with a sustained erection.
Approximately how much time, are you able to maintain an erection.
2. Is your difficulty in sustaining an erection, during sex or masturbation.
3. Are you on any medical treatment. What medication is being taken.
4. How long have you had this problem.
5. If you've not seen any doctor,do the following tests :
blood routine,RBS,LFT,creatinine and platelets.
Mention if you've had sex with multiple partners.
Reply with the reports.

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms suggest a psychological origin of your problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

Your replies suggest, a psychological origin for lack of erectile dystunction(ED).
As you've had sex with multiple partners, you should do the following tests :
1. Blood routine,RBS,LFT,creatinine,platelets,VDRL,HIV and HbsAg.
2. A psychology assessment will complete the tests.

As treatment for ED,you may practise the squeeze technique.
That's squeezing the area between head of penis and shaft, just before the feeling of ejaculation.
The other treatment for getting a sustained erection is,taking a sildenafil or tadalafil tablet, about one hour before sex.

In case you're having increased tension, daily exercises and yoga or meditation help.
Wish you well.

All my reports are fine. I have been injecting 2 IU of HGH for sports and body building.do you think this can also be the cause to my problem.

Brief Answer:
HGH isn't known to cause ED.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,,

Though HGH isn't known to cause ED, you're advised to stop using it.

It has side effects like causing diabetes and cancer.

If you're able to masturbate normally, the erections will be sustained gradually.

Wish you well.
