Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation
Question: Dear Doctor,
Age 52 married with two children. Always had problems of premature ejaculation and tried various Ayurvedic medicines like Shilajit / vita ex gold etc. In early part of my marriage , one doctor injected me with Aqua Viron b 12 which worked very well for a few days but i did not tried thereafeter. However, in the last 20 years , i had not taken it but recently when i tried the same medicine , it did not work.
I also tries MANFORCE 100 etc and sometimes it works a bit but i not to satisfaction.
also for last 4-5 years , getting good erection is also a problem.
My blood pressure is normal and no sugar. Cholestrol / triglyceride is a bit high ( 220 range).
Can you suggest me some medicines to come over this problem.

When the pre mature ejaculation is present since the time one starts sex, it is called Life Long Pre Mature Ejaculation. Generally it is due to 2 factors- your penis is too sensitive or there is deficiency of serotonin in ejaculatory centre. I would suggest use of spray like Long Drive . It should be used with skin retracted back and washed after 5 minutes of use . The results are pretty good Manforce is not going to help

Viagra is manufactured by Pfitzer and very costly, the salt is same. If you feel problem in hardness, you can take Manforce 25 mg at night daily. Please get this prescribed from a local doctor

Sir,
Will Manforce 25 mg notbe to mild as even Manforce 50 has limited effect. is their any other exercise or food or medicine that can help.
I have heard about other medicines for premature ejaculation like Priligy/Duralast/
Mesterlone etc.. are they also suitable..

any reason why Aqua Viron B 12 is not having any effect . will Manforce 25 work if even aqua viron is not working ?
Sorry to ask the same question as i really thought aqua viron will work. I have taken these injections once in 2 weeks for about 2 months..
