Question: 29 years old and experiencing problem of out of control for sex. from 1st day I feel have sex within a min can't took it for long. even with kissing feel same.

having this problem from 8 years. whenever I am having sex with my wife. can finish my sex within a min. cannot take long more than a min. I am not excessive desire for sex. having sex 3 times in a week

So have you been married for 8 years?
The problem you have is premature ejaculation.
Is there any problem in erection?
You need to see a Urologist who can examine you and let you know if there are any issues.
