Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.
You are suffering from premature ejaculation.
For this, the drug which is most effective if paroxetine (prescription drug).
I usually start with 10mg in my patients of PME and gradually increase the dose depending on response.
Tentex forte and confido royal are claimed to be effective in sexual dysfunctions but there efficacy remains doubtful.
Other than this,
you can take vitamin E and C supplements as these are natural antioxidants.
practice kegels exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to discuss further.
Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Sorry for late response.
In my opinion, the benefit of tentex and confido is doubtful. You can stop it if there no benefits for you till now.
You can start paroxetine 10mg one tablet at night daily (pleas econsult your doctor for valid prescription). You will experience improvement in timing within 15 days. It will only improve the timing.
You must continue with your antidiabetic drugs. You can keep a gap of half hour between these drugs.
You can continue with any kind of food of your choice.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
