Hello Dr. I thought I was clear in my question ,. My problem is I get discharged before getting in to sexual act and lose it all then paney becomes small in size, which dose not let me enjoy the sex. I wanted the advice for a strong , healthy and longer time.

Brief Answer: Try Sildenafil Detailed Answer: Have you tried any medications? By the way, figs and almonds are supposed to be good for this condition. You may also get a prescription for sildenafil tablets. However the medicine can have some side effects, so better have an ecg and echo done prior to taking the medicine. Hi Doc. Yes I have been trying the Tab. Panegera about 2 years back. It helped initially . Thereafter it had no effect and I stopped it. Now please tell me the dosage of the tablet Sildenafil. Thanks XXXXX
