Is it advisable to use Melnora gel or altis gel? Which one is more effective?
Also i hope no side effects.

Melnora Or Altris are both equally effective. Either of them can be used. They both contain Melitane as the active ingredient. It is safe. Besides topical melitane you must also take tablets as suggested earlier.
