![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: I am in my early 20's and suffering from premature grey hair.Suggest me what might be the problem and solution for it.
Brief Answer:
Possible causes
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Premature greying of hair can be familial (genetic) in most cases. However, causes like vitamin deficiencies, thyroid disorders can cause premature greying. Have you had any tests for Vitamin B12, Thyroid profile or CBC ?.
Any history of premature greying of hair in family? Do you have any white patches ( patchy lightening of skin) in skin?
Would appreciate a reply

Brief Answer:
Gene therapy.
Detailed Answer:
hi.
in that case it is likely to be due to genetic cause. Unfortunately genetic causes can not be reversed as it is predetermined by nature. however gene therapy is emerging and may offer help to reverse process. you must also exclude other reversible causes like vitamin deficiency and iron deficiency.
