Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Blood In Stool

default
Posted on Tue, 7 Jul 2015
Question: I'm 24 years old .
I eat rice every day for lunch and dinner
I was having hemorrhoids from past 4 months. In the beginning I use to see a little blood with stool, later as time passed I saw more blood every day on the tissue paper when I was cleaning up .
The blood was sometimes on the stool
and most of the times drops falling out from my anus.
Later on due to constipation and passage of large stools I thought I developed a fissure from where the blood leaqued more rapidly and all the time there was blood on my tissue paper.
Now from a few days there is also a light yellowish sticky discharge from my anus with a fowl smell.
Also when I pass the stool some times I see thick blood tissues which look like concentric circles floating on the water.
The yellow fluid is sticking to my underwear and I'm feeling wet all the time.
please help me with this problem

Brief Answer:
Its Infected Haemorrhoids.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

Well it is very clear that your haemorrhoids have increased in severity and hence causing the bleeding . But along with that it seems like the haemorrhoids have also got infected and hence you are getting that yellowish discharge.

You need to consult your doctor soon and get examined. You will be started on Antibiotic course to clear off the infection first and once the infection is cleared you need to get operated to remove the haemorrhoids.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
