Brief Answer:
Follow up scans are needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!

As there is urethritis, which might also cause blood in urine rarely, you need treatment for it initially. This can be done by putting you on sensitive antibiotics.

However, I do not think that this could have been sole cause of numerous RBC. As all the tests are almost normal, it is quite challenging to suggest further plan. Follow up scans are needed. I also suggest an opinion from a Hematologist.

Stay healthy and thank you for consulting! You can contact me again anytime, if you need clarifications or further assistance in future. Kindly rate the answer if you are satisfied.
