Question: Appears to be a collection of fatty substance inside left thigh. It has increased in size over time.

1. Since how long is the swelling present?

2. Is there any discolouration of overlying skin ?

It has taken years to develop. There is no discoloration of overlying skin. It is only on the inside of the left leg.
