Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Veins Behind The Testicles

Question: Hi

Please see two photos

Needed a second opinion from a specialist picture 1 there seems to be two small veins behind the left testicle my GP has looked at this and said it's normal he said they are small capillaries in the skin? Is this normal anatomy? He did reassure me.

Picture two I had a inflamed follicle or spot which I removed using wart cream. It has now formed new skin over but left a new skin mark will this fade in with time? Is there any creams you can recommend once again I checked with a GP. But thought as a specialist you could give me some tips to get normal skin colour.

Thanks

It's a cosmetic problem that I am worried about despite the doctor looking over it

How long is the healing process as you may deal with such problems like cuts etc daily and recommended any products

Brief Answer:
Use aloevera cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
These veins are totally normal.
Your scrotal skin is slightly thin and hence veins are visible.
There is nothing to worry.
The spot you mentioned will take at least 1 month to heal completely.
You can use aloevera cream for faster recovery.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Has the spot gone now?

It has just left like a new skin layer right?

It is nothing to worry about is like cancer or anything like that?

It does look raised sometimes when my skin is in a tense state, I think this was because I removed the spot, and a new layer has formed.

How will the aloe vera gel work?

Can you tell from the photo if the spot is no longer there?

It's just a new skin layer on top right?

My doctor gave me a fungal cream to put on it

He said it's not a cyst or lump etc..

I did write in a few weeks ago and the doctor said it could be follicle problem,
From check ups I've been told from my doctor that it's a normal spot follicle and lately I've been given a fungal cream.

Is the photo suggestive that the condition has improved and a new layer of skin has formed? Can I get on with normal life and not worry about it?

If it stays.. I guess it is part of me just like a spot on the face right

Brief Answer:
Not cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I checked the photographs thoroughly. The spot is barely visible.
There is nothing to worry at all it's not cancer or anything dangerous.
It's just an eczematous area.

Antifungal cream is usually given to prevent fungal infection which is very common in scrotal area.
Aloevera helps in faster regeneration of skin.
It should help you.

Just relax and live your life without any tension.
You are totally safe.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
