Suggest Treatment For Pressure And Ache In My Lower Pelvic Area

Question: I have this pressure and ache in my lower pelvic area . It feel like a want to go to the toilet but when I go very little comes out as if I cannot empty my bladder . When I am lying down it is less painful but when I stand for long times the pain is a lot worse in the vagina area like pressure

1. By the history you are giving, this appears like cystocele ( meaning prolapse of bladder), which leads to kinking of urethra and difficulty in passing urine.

2. Cystocele can only be diagnosed by examination.

3. Please see your doctor for examination and confirmation of cystocele.

4. This is unlikely to be urinary tract infection ( UTI ).
