Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you.
The fact remains that it cannot be predicted what it is. Bit since the pain came first I will suggest that you need to get investigated.
1. get a ultrasound of the abdomen
2. get a scopy if needed
3. a barium meal swallow through may be needed.
the ultrasound and x ray - barium meal- you can get done. The scopy will need a visit with a gastroenterologist .
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Brief Answer:
Possible pancreatitis
Detailed Answer:
That's a sign of pancreatitis or gall bladder condition. Better to test ultrasound and amylase and lipase. Avoid food. Take fluids. Meet a gastroenterology specialist as soon as possible, if needed in ER.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Brief Answer:
Specific information
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you .
The thing is seen on one test but not on other because CT SCAN is a better test. It's therefore possible that ultrasound didn't pick what ct did.
Isodense image is a technical term that means some opacity is present.
As suggested before, you should meet a gastroenterology specialist with the CT SCAN.
BEST of luck. Dr Mittal.
