Brief Answer:
Yes, it can cause all the symptoms you mention

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs XXXXXXX

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com and thank you for posting your query.

Norvasc contains Amlodipine which is a calcium channel blocker prescribed for high blood pressure.

Norvasc commonly causes swelling in the feet and ankles, and less commonly can cause tightness/pressure in the chest, tiredness etc.,

Swelling in the ankles is not of much importance, but chest tightness needs further evaluation and possibly a change of medicine urgently.

So, I request you to kindly see your heart doctor at the earliest and report this so that he/she can make the appropriate changes in the medicine based on your clinical exam and other tests that maybe necessary.

Hope this answers your question, please feel free to write back to me if you have any doubts.

Wishing you good health.

Warm regards.
