Suggest Treatment For Pressure In Left Arm And Shoulder While Having Spinal Arthritis
Question: My left arm, left side of neck and shoulder feels like it has lots of pressure especially at night. it's really uncomfortable and is getting worse by the day. I can't describe it well but it gets slightly better if I lie on it and hold it tight - if I lie with it open it gets worse. I was told I have mild-moderate arthritis in spine is this related? I am very fit and slim - I run a lot and go to the gym so I don't think it's a blood clot...
