Brief Answer:
Please get evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It seems like your case is of primary infertility.

The important thing is to diagnose first; means we have to find out what is the actual cause behind it.

The causes of primary infertility are defects in uterus, cervix like fibroid, pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cyst, poly cystic ovarian disease, hormonal imbalances etc.

The male partner should also be evaluated for azoospermia or oligozoospermia.

You will have to consult infertility specialist for complete medical and thoroughly clinical examination to have a clear diagnosis.

If there is no underlying cause could be found then IVF would be the last option.
So, better to consult infertility specialist or gynecologist.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Infertility means unable to conceive following unprotected sex.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

Thanks for your follow-up query.

Female infertility means a woman who is unable to conceive with regular unprotected natural intercourse.

A couple eligible for treatment is a woman over the age of 35 years has not conceived after 6 months of contraceptive-free or unprotected sexual intercourse.

You have no family history of infertility or your menstruation are regular or FSH/LH are also normal or endometrial thickness, these all are good but you need to get evaluated thoroughly to diagnose the underlying cause that why are not conceiving.

Here,my intention was not to scare you but the purpose of mine is to disclose your problem and how you should go further to get rid off it.

The idea is that for women beyond age 35, every month should be counted and if made to wait for another 6 months to prove the necessity of medical intervention as in your case.

So,I will suggest you to go to a infertility specialist along with your husband to be examined thoroughly to detect the exact cause of not conceiving.

As I said earlier,if there is no underlying cause could be found then IVF would be the best option considering your age.

I hope you will understand my concern and seek for medical intervention.

Thanks
