Hello
Thanks for choosing wwwhealthcaremagic
you have Primary Pre Mature Ejaculation. You should get a serum testosterone level done at 8.30AM. SSRI should be taken for 3-4 months . Besides this, get sessions of counselling by a qualified sexologist . He will teach you to relax, explore your body and stop start technique. Kegel's exercises are very important to increase pelvic floor muscle tone.

I have tried the kegel route and it only made things worse so i stopped doing those and things returned back to where they were prior to kegels. I have read alot about pelvic floor imbalance being the cause and that many people go that route. Is this something I should explore and how do you go about doing it?
Brief Answer:
Pl practice any treatment under guidance of sexolo
Detailed Answer:
Hello
There is nothing like pelvic floor imbalance, scientifically speaking. The steps I told are the standard all over the world. but they should be practiced under guidance from a sexologist who will customize it according to you needs. lots of unscientific information is available on net so it should not be followed without guidance from a doctor. I suggest the best would be SSRI for you.
