Hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic.
If the issue is regarding the stream of urine then it is likely that you may have suffered local urethral atrophy causing a mild outlet obstruction which may direct the stream in different direction on pressure. This may be evaluated and can be treated by simple urethral dilatation .
Secondly hernia surgery of inguinal region? or you are talking about prolapse, kindly specify,

I had three hernias 1 by the belly button another lower and one by the groin and I had a lot of scar tissue so she had put double mesh and actually right now I feel the hernia around my belly button bothering me..
The urethral dilatation would that correct it right away and is that outpatient procedure?
The urethral dilatation would that correct it right away and is that outpatient procedure?
Brief Answer:
its a minot ot procedure as you would require anaesthesia.
Detailed Answer:
hello,
well the hernias are not the likely cause of your problem at all , infact nowhere near to the cause which is atrophic in nature.
The dilatation can be performed in the minor ot under anaesthesia as it can be painful without it .
It can remove the tissue obstruction immediatelt and can make the stream more regular and directed.

No, my next question was about the prolapse? Is that regarding the hernias and what can I do because I can not stand how that area looks? What doctor do I go see a gyneo or urologist?
Brief Answer:
explained
Detailed Answer:
hello,
If you have had abdominal and inguinal hernias , then thats the forte of a general surgeon However if there is something coming out of vagina or a prolapsed cervix bladder or rectum, then you should see a gyno, and if the concern is only the urine stream, then you should see the urologist.
