With the provided information I suggest you to do Gram's Staining, culture and sensitivity from the sputum.
Since it is green in color I suspect it is from the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa that's why it is giving green color to the sputum.
But since your lung is clear there is nothing much worry some. Ciprofloxacin may be resistant in some cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections. So it is advised to take the drugs as per the antimicrobial sensitivity reports.
Please start respiratory breathing exercise it will help you clear the sputum rapidly.
