Suggest Treatment For Profuse Sweating, Lack Of Appetite And Headache
Question: Hi I am very scared that I have contracted hiv after a visit with a prostitute. She was anorexia looking which is now making me concerned that she has hiv - she put lube on my penis then gave me unprotected oral sex for a few minutes - then she put condom on me and I had vaginal intercourse with her - then I pulled out of her vagina and took off the condom and ejaculated on her breasts. This happened 3.5 weeks ago and now I'm experiencing itchy skin, small pimple rashes that come and go especially on my face, stomach. I've experienced drenching night sweats the past two nights that has made me terrified. I'm very tired, have a lack of appetite and have headaches that come and go - fever has been low grade because I'm taking a lot of Advil throughout the day - I've done a lot of research on the internet but have been more confused if the is ARS symptoms of hiv I'm experiencing- please help me with your knowledge

I read your question and i understand your concern. HIV transmission is not that common from oral and very unlikely, its insertive anal followed by insertive vaginal that can be suspected With 4 weeks passed, and status of the partner unknown, 4th generation testings of HIV can confirm the absence or presence of HIV and can detect it if any. Ideally one should have post exposure prophylaxis when there is such incident or status of partner is unknown. Fatigue, lack of energy and loss of appetite are due to too much use of advil an NSAID and does that quite often. Pimple of penis can be looked at, those could be mere fordyce spots. STD work up can be performed , i am sure with condom on you wont have to worry about that.
Please refrain from self diagnosing with internet content, most of the time anxiety is all one have . Get to a sexual disease specialist, they will run some labs and you will find an answer . I am sure its not HIV,
