Question: I was diagnosed with bronchitis three days ago. I am on an antibiotic. My temperature is normal ( 97.4 ) but I am sweating profusely at night ? I am also sweating at the drop of a hat, i.e. Drinking a cup of coffee !

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for choosing HCM.

Well I don't think there is anything to worry about sweating . It can happen if your body temperature drops from high to normal . It can also happen due to weakness or as a side effect of medications.

But only other think that has to be considered with concern is your bronchitis . Due to bronchitis the oxygen supply may get compromised and that can result in sweating especially in night . So kindly do tell me whether your bronchitis ( breathing difficulty ) has improved or not .

Regards.
