Based on the report of your scan you have enlarged prostate (75 ml) which is common at this age and needs to be evaluated further to decide modality of treatment .

1) do you have obstructive voiding symptoms like poor flow,increased frequency of urination, nocturia etc.?
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
