Suggest Treatment For Prostrate Cancer And Some Cancer Cells In The Bladder

PSA AND TURP.
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
Nice to meet you here,
The usual management of prostate cancer is surgical removal followed by radiation therapy, but as you are 87 years old and have an invasive prostatic cancer spread involved into bladder, surgery is a difficult procedure and it has only minimal prognosis. So conservative management is advisable based on the symptoms. If you have difficult in urination or any obstruction symptoms doing a minimal invasive procedure like TURP [Trans urethral resection of prostate] is advisable.
So, I advise you to do a prostate specific antigen [PSA] level and follow with the results to your treating surgeon regarding TURP and possible its prognosis.
Hope helped you,Feel free to contact me again anytime for any clarifications or further assistance in future.
Take care.
Regards,
