Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis On My Feet

I have been told that I have psoriasis in my feet and nails by a podiatrist, my PCP said it was a fungus infection, one prescribed an antifungal the other hydrocortisone cream, this seems to be counter productive. No cultures were done. I have stop both medications and just try to keep my feet clean and dry and with moisturizer. Sometimes I get deep cuts from the dry skin and is difficult to wear shoes or walk. Do you have any suggestion, comments. Thanks.
Seems to be psoriasis most likely

Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints and it seems more like psoriasis.
Psoriasis is a chronic disease which usually involves both the feet and nails and is characterised by dry scaly patches and cuts which fungal infection usually involves a songle foot and few nails.
Moreover the dry scaly variety is less common presentation of fungal infection.
Mostly it is in the form of blisters and itchy plaques.
You have used hydrocortisone cream which is a very mild steroid for treating psoriasis.
You need to use some potent steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
