Suggest Treatment For Psoriatic Arthritis
Question: Hi I'm in Australia and suffer from psoriatic arthritis which is also affecting my heart. I take 10 mg of methotrexate weekly and am also taking coveram10/10 atenolol 40mg and spironalactone??? 1 daily. I am also on 300 mg of Effexor xr daily. My ???? The metho makes me very I'll but does work. Problem is it is preventing me from working and unfortunatley I HAVE to work. Is there a more natural way to deal with this

Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, more salad, fruit juices.
You can take turmeric powder[100gm] add methi powder[100gm] add sunth powder 100gm take one teaspoon of this powder daily with water or milk after boiling.
Many of my patients get relief by yoga pranayama and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX so you can also due that.
Tab indocap 25mg is good to relive stiffness and pain of ankylosing spondylitis.
