Question : What can I do to cure Pterigium without eye Surgery
Brief Answer:
Surgery is the only way out.
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Though surgery is the only way out there are rules where surgery should be done.
The pterygium should be growing.
We have to avoid pterygium crossing pupillary area.
Small pterygia are ideally nit to be disturbed and they should have a definite advancing edge.
You should consider surgery only if above criteria are met.Surgery is excision with conjunctival or amniotic membrane graft.
Surgery is the only way out.
