Brief Answer:
This is called as ptosis and requires neurological evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr Dadapeer k an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having drooping of the left eye.
This is called as ptosis.

Sudden onset of ptosis is because of involvement of the third cranial nerve and requires neurological evaluation. MRI scan may help to know the diagnosis.

The other causes for ptosis are diseases like Myastehnia gravis, neurological migraine, swellings of the upper eyelid, congenital causes...

I require more details like
Mode of onset- sudden or gradual
Associated with pain or not
Any double vision
Difficulty in eye movements
Drooping is constant or intermittent
Any swelling of the involved eye lid

Please send me the details of the above questions and a photo of the affected eye, so that I can advice you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards

I was in a head on collision. I suffered a concussion. I've noticed changes in my eyes. One being droopy eye lid. Very tired eyes.

Brief Answer:
This is because of injury to the third cranial nerve.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for follow up question.

Since this has followed head injury and concussion, the most likely cause is the involvement of the third cranial nerve.
If it has caused by pressure effect of concussion injury, then this will resolve by medical treatment.

Hence we need to wait for the MRI report, for further treatment.
Do write back to me with the MRI report.

Hope this answers your question.
