Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX.
I have read your question and understand your concerns. I saw the picture you uploaded too.
There are two issues to address about your breast trauma:
1. About skin bruises there is no need to worry, they will heal with time.
2. About your gummy bear implants, in my opinion there is need for a breast ultrasound to evaluate any displacement or hematoma around them, so, I think you need a check up.
Hope this helps. If you have further questions feel free to ask, if not, you can close the conversation and rate the answer.
Wishing you good health.
