Brief Answer:
Dietary fiber and maintenance of local hygiene is important.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. However, I am concerned about anal fissure or fistula which could be a source of the bacteria that form the boils that you are complaining of. I need to ask you if you have constipation as constipation can lead to such a presentation. In any case you need to include plenty of green leafy vegetables in order to increase the total dietary fiber intake. It is also very important to maintain local hygiene over the area as dirt blocking the opening of sebaceous glands, the oily secretions getting collected inside, and subsequent infection of these could lead to the presentation you describe.

I have not been constipated and I have had some stress lately. would excess standing on cement add to this problem. I am in nursing school, and could being on my feet alot cause this. I drink plenty of water 8-10 glasses a day, and eat green leafy vegetable, but my sweets have gone up this semester, and exercise down.
How should I keep it clean?

Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying. Since you are not constipated and take plenty of dietary fibers and water daily, you need not worry. You need to take a daily bath with application of soap if possible and I think that should suffice.

Standing on cement floor for long durations should not add to the problem.
