2 possibilities in my opinion
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
I have examined the attached image and do not see any physical changes that could cause the current presentation which narrows it down to 2 possible causes which I should list in a minute. Before that I would like point out, when you said your reply was No to all the questions I answered, that meant your cycle is also not regular right?
This could most probably be due to the thyroid abnormality you have, and this could be one of the causes for the presentation. Coming to the 2 possible causes:
+Hormonal imbalance resulting from some change (e.g. pregnancy, thyroid abnormalities, birth control, etc.): As you have a thyroid abnormality, if your thyroid levels are not well controlled this could result in a hormonal imbalance
+The nipple-areola complex is very sensitive and wearing a bra all day can sometimes cause some amount of friction that can result in burning, tenderness, etc; the solution to which is just wearing comfortable bras, or avoiding them for a while and basically just avoiding friction completely for a while
If at all you are not able to get your hands on any of the medications I have listed above, then you will require a doctors prescription for which you may have to meet your doctor. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
So there is a pre-existing hormonal imbalance, this could be the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am.
This indicates a hormonal imbalance, which is what we are suspecting to have caused the tender nipples; and so I would recommend a visit to your doctor to check on your hormone levels as well as your thyroid profile.
Best wishes.
