It's just above where she normally gets knee scraps. It is smooth but raised. I noticed it while she was playing outside. I can't remember her falling down, but she does trip and skin her knees nd her older sister still tries to carry her around. She isn't having any pain with it or trouble moving her leg. When I look at it or touch it she just says, its getting better mom. It isn't cut open, so there is no ozing. The coloring looks like a bruise, but it is in a sort of line like a vein.
