I have received handjob from csw without protection.
Nothing else happen.
I have also took hsv RNA PCR blood test at 5 week which is negative. Also hsv igg igm test at 7 week which is negative. Can I assumed that I am free from herpes

In labs the personnel never uses a previously used syringe. It is not only in ethical but a criminal offence if one uses the same. So don't worry about the same as we are always taught to have ethical medical practice.
RNA PCR is reliable after 14 days but I generally prefer after 21 days of exposure.
