Suggest Treatment For Rash Around The Anus

Question: i have a rash or cuts around my anus and i did zits bath for a week now and hemorrhoid cream and i not see any change. once in a while it itch.

Brief Answer: Possibility of fissure in anus to be considered Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Itching, rash and especially if associated with pain while defecation point towards possibility of anal fissure. Application of hemorrhoid cream will not be beneficial. Diagnosis depends on good clinical examination. I would suggest you to send me a Clinical photograph for further reassessment. Brief Answer: fungal Intertrigonitis Detailed Answer: Hi Greetings Thanks for the clinical photograph. It is fungal Intertrigonitis. It's caused by candida infection. Apart from seitz bath, I would advise application of mixture of Clotrimazole (antifungal) and Hydrocortisone (steroid) ointment. Also keep the area clean and dry.
