Suggest Treatment For Rashes And Pain In Feet

Question: I have this problem with my feet and hands much worse on my feet. It started out looking like a rash. Now it is unbearable to be o my feet at all when I am I can only tolerate being on them 5 minutes at most.
The skin is coming off them like rubber patches. They burn and are bright red. I have seen RA doctor and I do not have diabetes. I am so frustrated and no one knows how to help me. My PCP gave me Lidoderm cream which helps somewhat but sides of my feet are raw. My hands are red they burn and itch but not as bad as my feet.

Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photograph.
It's looking like psoriasis.
I treat such cases with a combination of steroid cream like fluticasone to be applied in night and coal tar lotion to be applied in morning.
Try this for a month.
These medications are safe and usually available over the counter.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
