Brief Answer:
You may use sebamed products

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may use Sebamed products which are more baby friendly and medically tested. You may use Rashfree ointment for nappy rash. Once rash improve, use thin layer of petroleum jelly before using nappy or diapers. Also, air dry the area in between diaper change. Regularly change diapers and keep area moisture free as far as possible.

Avoid oils and creams over face during hot and sweaty weather. Also, keep baby in comfortable temperature to avoid excess sweating which leads to miliaria or heat rash.

Hopefully this will help you.
Take care
