Suggest Treatment For Rashes Behind The Knee

Question: hi, I have this horrible rash behind my knee in the folds of my skin. I am both very overweight and also have lymhdema. The liquid or greasy stuff you see is the ointment triloncemna (sp) it os subscribed for this. It might seem infected tho, it usually isn't this bad. any suggestions ?
