Brief Answer:
The chances of getting HIV are very less.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Aashish,
Welcome to HCM.
You had protected intercourse with sex worker but the condom broke during the act but you need not to worry because the risk of getting HIV from such single unprotected exposure is very less.
P24 test after 19 days of exposure is highly reliable and any value below one for P24 test is considered as negative so this reading has not of much value. Your chances of being positive are absolutely less.
As such P24 test is accurate after 19 days but still you need to get tested again after 3 months to get 100% conclusive result as per routine guidelines. If still any query left feel free to ask me any time.
Thank You

Dear Aashish,
Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.
P24 test after 19 days of exposure is 90% accurate and even though you go for repeat test after 28 day then also you have to get tested again after 90 day because the window period for HIV varies from 15 days to 3 months so don't get anxious or feard and concentrate on your work as the risk is very less.
Thank You
