Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to Healthcaremagic,
Treatment of scabies not only needs skin treatment but disinfection of cloths and bedding is also equally important. Have you done that?
Whether your skin lesion is scabies or something else needs evaluation of clinical photograph. Please upload a clear photograph of skin lesions for the diagnosis.
Hope this is helpful.
Thanks

Hi, welcome again,
Although photograph is not very clear but it looks like allergic contact dermatitis.
Do you use deodorant or perfume?
Local application of mid potent steroid and emollient will subside the symptoms effectively.
Try to point out the allergen and avoid them.
Hope this will help you.
