Thank you - I first noticed a large circular red area around my armpit but this was around a month ago - I'm not sure if the two are connected as the other rash developed about 2 weeks ago. I'm worried because my sister contracted ringworm when in Madagascar and wondering if I've caught it somehow. Thanks again

Brief Answer:
Fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
It is looking like fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antifungal medication.
A combination of topical clotrimazole cream twice daily for a month and tablet fluconazole weekly for 4 weeks.
This should help you.
You might require a prescription for this.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
