Question: I have a rash on my inner thighs and feet. Does it look like an allergic reaction to something? I am traveling overseas and not sure if I can treat this on my own or see a doctor.

Brief Answer:
can try topical steroid and oral antihistamine

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It does appear to be a reaction to an agent.

It could be contact dermatitis which means that it is a reaction to some agent that came into contact with this area or due to food/drink/medication ingested.
In the case of food/drink/medication though, the rash would be expected to be more wide spread.

You can try using an oral anti histamine along with a topical steroid such as hydrocortisone which is available over the counter.
If a stronger steroid cream is needed, then you would need a prescription from your doctor.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
