in order top to bottom
1. red and itchy next couple of days skin came off in tissue thin pieces was dx as fungus by ALF Dr. she order a fungal cream cant remember name after using for 5 days appeared to be gone but finished cream. In about six days reappeared, same cream. It did this for approx., 5 months. I came home, so returned to my PCP and an anti fungal cream ordered, same as above. but with the first time, was referred to Dermatologist. he ordered a cortisone cream, same thing happened. His ARNP ordered cortisone and antifungal creams, it seemed to be gone. so I had total knee replacement, 3 days after Keflex stopped it return with extreme itching and red but no flaking of skin appeared to be deeper into skin.
I came home from rehab the next day and called Dermatologist and he ordered Nystation and Triamcinolone Acetomide, not helping. I have no AKA, had no dry skin, except now on legs. Hx: RA no Rx at this time.Hypertension, lisinopril neuropathy,Gabapevtin. Lasix prn for left foot edema, that is related to swelling of affected lower limb, when goes in to remission with creams(? ) I have no swelling. I am an old retired Nurse Educator, and I question not having an oral antifungal and/or antibacterial. Thank for
advice
