Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Lower Abdomen And Thigh

Allergic rash/papular urticaria
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query on healthcaremagic platform
I can understand your concern.I have gone through the details and images.
In the image there are patchy red areas along with some elevated hyperpigmented lesions.
These patchy red areas looks like allergic rash and hyperpigmented lesions are papular urticaria.
Here I would like to continue the breast feed and atarax (antiallergic) & suggest you to apply cream containing mild steroid like mometasone 2-3 times a day for 7 days.
Papular urticaria is also an allergic lesion which gets precipitated by insect bite (mosquito or other).Use mosquito net to prevent mosquito bite and continue with the medication.
I hope the lesions should subside within 7-10 days.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Regards

Yes,continue breast feed
Detailed Answer:
Breast feed needs to be stopped (that too for few dayz only)only in case of severe lactose intolerance causing frequent loose stool, peri anal excoriation etc.
Here no need to stop breast feed.
